Tu a 3 mille programmes au démarrage, sa m'étonne pas que se soit lent ...

PC Tools®Spyware Doctor
Javacool®SpywareGuard
Spybot

Déjà rien que sa, il suffit que t'ai 1Go de RAM avec Vista, et c'est tout de suite intenable.
Désinstalle TOUT tes antispyware puis :

Télécharge, installe et met à jour MalwareBytes.
Aide: Un tutorial de MalwareBytes est disponible là
Fait un scan complet, poste le rapport ici.

On verra ensuite pour un meilleur nettoyage.

EDIT: Tu est aidé également là affich-8818291-ordi-qui-rame, faudrait pas trop se disperser surtout pour des manips de désinfection, il en va de la stabilité de ton PC.

Arrete de télécharger n'importe quoi ...
Oui, TOUT sauf MalwareBytes qui est suffisant, tout simplement car multiplier les protection ne sert à rien et ralentie ta machine.
De plus, Spyware Doctor a des pratiques commerciale plus que douteuses ....

Salut,
T'avais un Keygen infecté, ta téléchargais MalwareBytes qui est gratuit sur emule ou torrent, fait plus attention et arrete de téléchargeais n'importe quoi

Les majuscules corresponde à un cris, merci de pas en abusé.
Tu relance Malwarebytes, tu fait un scan rapide, tu clique sur afficher résultat et tu clique sur "Supprimer les objets".
Et tu fait se que j'ai dit plus haut, avec Glary Utilities.

Après le nettoyage, coche :
