Voilà, je possède seven, et j'ai souvent des " crash dump " avec un écran bleu, mais je comprend rien aux indications que l'ordi me donne. Donc j'ai fais une annalyse avec le logiciel "whocrashed", voici le rapport, j'espère que vous pourrez m'éclairer !

L'installer et cocher: Créer une icône sur le bureau"
Clique sur ZHPDiag sur le bureau ensuite cliquer sur la loupe en haut à gauche.
Cela peut-être long.
Quand le scan sera terminé, clique sur l'icône en forme de disquette et enregistrer le fichier (ZHPDiag.txt) sur le bureau. tu va mettre le fichier "ZHPDiag.txt" sur un site de dépôt de fichier, tel que http://cjoint.com/ et, dans ta prochaine réponse, tu me donne le lien pour aller le chercher

tu a des virus sur ton pc tu as pas d'alertes de ton Antivirus?et ton uc est il a100%?

= Installer simplement sans rien modifier
= Ne pas décocher "Faire la mise à jour"
= si la mise à jour a échoué, la faire après execution du logiciel => onglet "Mise à jour"
= Quand le programme lancé ==> cocher Exécuter un examen complet
= Clic Rechercher
= Eventuellement décocher les disque à ne pas analyser
= Clic Lancer l'examen
= En fin de scan ( 1h environ), si infection trouvée
==> Clic Afficher résultat
= Ferme tes applications en cours
= Vérifie si tout est coché et clic Supprimer la sélection

Merci pour tes réponses, et je te demande pardon si je met un certain temps à répondre, mes études m'occupe beaucoup, et je n'ai pas eu le temps de faire ce que tu demandes avant.

 

Bref, mon antivirus (avast) ne m'a jamais prévenu du moindre virus, et après l'analyse que tu m'as demander, d'après ce que je comprend, il n'y a pas de virus. Voici le rapport :
