Tout à commencer une belle matinée de mai ... l'air était frai et doux

Bon stop, venons-en au faits ^^

Je crois avoir un [gros] problème avec Windows Installer : tout à commencer lorsque en cliquant sur l'icône de MapInfo installé deux jours avant, un message m'agresse :"Cette action n'est valable que pour les produits récemment installés" ... Bon sur le coups je me dit simple problème de raccourcis et je le supprime et en recrée un. Ensuite, bam, même chose avec iTunes, et avec Windows live ... bon je refait les raccourcis tout en me disant qu'il y a anguille sous roche !

Vient alors le moment ou je lance le "Apple Software Update" et qu'une mise à jours de Bonjour est dispo ... je me jette dessus mais là, nouvelle agression de la part de mon PC, un fois qu'il la télécharger et qu'il tente de l'installer, une fenêtre s'ouvre (j'ai utiliser quicktime pour illustrer mes propos car j'ai le même soucis avec, y compris iTunes et tout autres logiciels) :

Je fais donc quelques recherches sur internet, je fais la mise à jours de Windows Installer avec WindowsInstaller-KB893803-v2-x86.exe ... Rien ne change ... Je regarde donc encore un peu sur la toile et la seule "solution" que je trouve c'est d'installer Windows Installer Clean Up pour pour désinstaller les logiciels et les réinstaller. Je le fais donc avec Bonjour et ça marche, je peux installer la nouvelle version. Mais je n'ai pas envie de le faire avec iTunes car je n'ai pas envie de perdre ma bibliothèque, et surtout je n'ai pas envie de le faire à chaque fois ... je pense que mon problème vient de Windows Installer qui ne veut plus reconnaître correctement mes msi ...
Le problème est apparu soudainement, sans raison particulière, le seul événement récent c'est un plantage de Windows, au démarrage il me disait :""windows n'a pas pu démarrer car le fichier suivant est manquant ou endommagé:\windows\system32\config\system", problème rapidement résolu en tapant ceci dans la console

Je sollicite donc votre aide pour résoudre mon problème qui vient (je pense) de Windows Installer ; ci-joint un ptit rapport HijackThis parce-que ça fait toujours plaisir ^^
Je rajoute qu'un scan minutieux d'Avast et de MalwareBytes n'ont rien donné, pas d'infection (avec la grippe porcine qui court, c'est plutot bon signe :P)
